What we collect

Video calls

Calls are peer-to-peer where possible and are not recorded or stored by us.

How we use it

To run the Service (matching, calls, chat, history, notifications), verify your phone number, process subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that run the Service for us, for example SMS verification (Twilio), payments (Google Play), push notifications (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) and hosting, or when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

Advertising

The free version of the app and this website show ads from Google (AdMob in the app, AdSense on the website). Google and its partners may use cookies or your device's advertising ID to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites and apps. You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings or in your phone's privacy settings, and learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Subscribers on a paid plan do not see ads in the app.

Retention and your choices

We keep data while your account is active. You can edit your profile in the app, turn notifications off in Settings, and delete your account at any time in the app (Profile > Settings > Delete account) or as described on our Delete your account page. Deleting removes your profile, photos, follows, blocks, call history, chats, subscription details and the reports you sent. We keep payment records as required by law, and reports about an account and its suspensions as safety records.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; tell us if you find a problem.
