Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 20 October 2026
MeAndYou has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and any sexualisation of minors.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older to use MeAndYou. The app only accepts an 18+ date of birth and our servers reject any younger one. Accounts we believe belong to a minor are removed.
What is not allowed
- Sharing, requesting or linking to any sexual content involving a minor, real or generated
- Contacting, grooming or soliciting anyone under 18
- Pretending to be a minor, or helping anyone else do any of the above
Reporting
Anyone can report a user from inside the app: open their profile, tap Report and choose May be under 18 or Nudity or sexual content. Reports are private; the reported person is never told who sent them. You can also email support@meandyou.cloud.
What we do
- Remove violating content and permanently block the accounts involved
- Report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to Indian authorities through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in), as the law requires
- Keep the related records needed for, and cooperate with, law enforcement investigations
Video calls are not recorded, so please report as soon as you see something. If a child is in immediate danger, call 112 (India) or your local emergency number.
